Apple’s Vision Pro expands and Rare Earth Elements in Norway

Apple is expanding its reach as its mixed reality headset, Vision Pro, goes on sale in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, and the UK. This comes after Apple’s virtual reality headset debut in Asia in June. Apple stores are offering slots to demo the headset in hopes of convincing customers that the $3,499 price tag is worth it. Their recent entry into the mixed/virtual reality headset market has already taken second place behind Meta. This innovative tool to blend the virtual world with the real world is likely to grow in popularity as new uses for the application become mainstream.

Norway has made a groundbreaking discovery, unearthing the largest rare earth elements deposit in Europe. This discovery by the mining firm Rare Earths Norway could potentially break Europe’s dependence on China, which currently controls most of the world’s rare earth element deposits and supplies 40% of Europe’s demand. This discovery is a boon for Norway and Europe, promising a significant economic upturn. With the increasing shift towards clean energy, the demand for rare earth elements is expected to skyrocket in the coming years, further enhancing the investment potential.
